Indemnity

Venue
Joanna’s Marketplace is doing business in the State of Arizona, and its website is run in the State of Florida. You agree that if there is ever a dispute between you and Joanna’s Marketplace, for any reason, such claim, dispute, or cause of action shall be venued in the County of Dade, State of Florida. Any such dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
